Camping Area Information We have areas designated for camping. We encourage camping, but it is primitive camping (no showers or electricity). There are additional rules regarding camping that must be followed for safety and an enjoyable experience.
This is a family field and event, so no PROFANITY please. We expect everyone to act in an appropriate manner. Remember, families with their children are present, and we are all here to have a good time.
Drinking of Alcohol will not be allowed anywhere on the field or the public areas.
Any types of illegal drugs are forbidden. If you become intoxicated, or are found using drugs of any kind, you will be arrested by the local authorities. There will be law enforcement on site and they are authorized to search and arrest if necessary.
Please respect your neighbors, and keep any music or noise to a tolerable level. No noise (including generators) or bright lights will be allowed after 22:00 in the campsites. Once again10:00 PM noise curfew. Law Enforcement/security will enforce this.
DO NOT go into ANY CAMPSITE other than your own, unless someone is there, and you are invited. Theft will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form. You WILL BE ARRESTED if you break the law. Camp security will be tight. There will be law enforcement on duty at all times.
ONCE AGAIN- NO FIREARMS, WEAPONS, OR KNIVES (other than pocket knives) ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME. Cooking knives are allowed in your CAMPSITE FOR COOKING PURPOSES ONLY. Do not wear a sheath knife around the camping/vending area for any reason.
Camp fires will be permitted only if a fire ring is used. There are no on ground fire rings allowed inside the poles in the Warsaw tent camping area. Please be kind to our speedball field grass if at all possible. There will be a lot of dead wood on the grounds, but it burns fast, and we recommend bringing some charcoal, and or some greener wood. There will be no cutting down of live trees!
Camping is allowed starting Thursday night until Monday morning. GATES OPEN for general camping setup at 10:00 on THURSDAY!!! camping rules and guidelines: No firing markers anywhere in the camping area. Use the Tech area for marker repair. This includes firing from the camping area into the playing area.
No alcohol in the common areas of camp or in public. No glass bottles in camp. Try to camp tightly, near your unit and fill in space around it.
Respect other player's campsites. Try to walk around if you can. Only take up the space you need. Park in designated on and off-site lots. Vehicles are not allowed in the Tent camping areas . Do Not, under any circumstances, block the roads. Emergency management, the Fire Department, EMS and Law Enforcement has the right to tow or otherwise remove a vehicle parked in the 20' roadway. This is a safety issue.
Please dispose of garbage in the proper locations. Use the provided plastic bags if at all possible. Don't put cardboard boxes in the trash cans or trash bags.
Respect your fellow campers. This means, turning down the loud music, voices, and/or generators at 2200 HRS (10:00 PM). Watch the schedule for times on noise ordinances. Remember, this is a residential neighborhood. Let's not tick them off?
When using the restroom facilities, be sure to clean up after yourself. There are no hot showers.
You may not park your RV, camper or any vehicle or trailer in the tent camping areas.
You will see some busses and campers that have been pre-stages in some of the camping areas. These are home team campers and busses and have permission to place their vehicles there.
No paintball tanks in the camping area. Tanks need to park by a road or on Tanker Row.
PETS: As much as we would like, there will be no pets allowed at the game, even in the campsites.
Each side has been assigned a tent camping area which helps each respective commander with accountability of players.
